Run Nuvyoday on a machine that can reach IBM i

Download the starter package, install Python + Java, drop in jt400.jar, and run on any computer on the same network as your IBM i (or via VPN). Perfect for testing connectivity and inventory before packaging with iVistaar.

  1. Unzip → create venv → pip install -r requirements.txt
  2. Copy .env.example to .env and set a secret key
  3. Download jt400.jar into lib/
  4. Run python run.py → open http://127.0.0.1:5055
